I've yet to see this film (I think I must have missed it), and I doubt it has much resemblance to the Aspergers I know in my son. It is only a film after all, and I can't imagine people spending their money to come and watch my son in action! It certainly wouldn't be a rom-com either, probably a horror/zombie film with a violence warning at the beginning.
But purely as a film, it has won several awards, and Hugh Dancy who plays Adam did apparently do some research beforehand into what a person with aspergers could be like.
